Officiant service: $600
- One-on-One Consultation: We’ll meet (in person or virtually) to walk through the legal requirements for getting married in Ontario and chat about your ceremony dreams. Think of it as the brain-storm moment to start your personalized wedding ceremony journey.
- Your Personalized Ceremony: I’ll craft and officiate a ceremony that’s totally made for you — heartfelt, genuine, and sprinkled with a little sparkle. Expect a moment your friends and family will remember forever.
- Support on the Big Day: From start to finish, I’ve got your back. I’ll work with the right people to keep everything running smoothly for the ceremony, and make sure you get to enjoy every second without a worry.
- Planning Guidance: Questions? Ideas? Nervous about a detail? I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
- Marriage Filing: After the “I dos,” I take care of filing your Marriage Registry and mailing your completed marriage license to the Office of the Registrar General — one less thing for you to worry about!
A Few Details to Keep in Mind:
- Rehearsals aren’t included in the base fee, but can be added for an additional cost (we can totally discuss this – but it is distance dependant).
- A non-refundable 50% deposit locks in your date, time, and location.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding day. Please note, there are no refunds within 30 days of your ceremony.

Before the consultation:
• Make sure you’ve locked in your ceremony date, location, and exact time.
• Reach out by call or email to check my availability. As long as I’m free, we’ll set up a time to connect so you can get a feel for my vibe—and I can learn about yours too! We’ll chat through what you’re envisioning and make sure we’re the perfect fit.
At the consultation:
• We’ll talk through the style of ceremony you’re dreaming of – traditional, modern, playful, romantic, short and sweet… whatever feels like you.
• I’ll walk you through all of the ceremony elements using my planning tools, and together we’ll explore options for vows, ring exchange wording, readings, music, and any other personal touches.
If you decide to move forward (yay!), I require a 50% deposit and a completed online booking agreement. This officially secures your date and time in my calendar.
After the consultation:
• Start choosing the ceremony pieces that feel meaningful to you: your vows, ring exchange, readings, music, or any special rituals. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, don’t worry! I’m happy to curate a beautiful ceremony for you.
• Once you’ve chosen your components, email them over or submit them through the online forms. If you’re including any special elements (like a candle, rose exchange, or anything unique to your story), just let me know. My goal is always to create something that reflects who you are as a couple.
• If you’d like a rehearsal, reach out to schedule it. Rehearsals are optional and available for an additional fee, which depends on travel time and distance.
